Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship across India to all pin codes our courier partners serve. We don't ship outside India at the moment.

Shipping charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Orders below ₹999: a shipping charge calculated at checkout, based on your pin code and order weight. You always see it before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Prepaid orders are packed first.
• Delivery usually takes 3–6 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• The delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate. Courier delays, weather, strikes or public holidays can sometimes add a few days.

Cash on delivery
COD is available on serviceable pin codes. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm a COD order before we ship it. Pay online instead (UPI, cards or netbanking) to get an extra 15% off.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email or SMS. If tracking hasn't updated for 48 hours, raise a ticket with your order number and we'll chase the courier.

Packaging
Every order is packed sealed, with tamper-proof tape. If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and tell us within 7 days of delivery (see our Refund policy).

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or a refused COD parcel, we may need to charge shipping again to reship it.
