1. About these terms
This website, dewlab.in, is operated by Dewlab ("dewlab", "we", "us"), A-70, Mangolpuri, New Delhi 110083. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information when you place an order and not to misuse the website.

3. Our products
• We sell K-beauty skincare from Korean skincare brands. Product names, ingredients, sizes and pictures are shown as accurately as we can, but packaging and colours may vary slightly from the photos.
• Skincare works differently for everyone. Results described on the website, including customer reviews and survey results, are not guaranteed.
• Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on the website is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure about any ingredient, consult a doctor or dermatologist first.
• Always read the ingredient list and patch test new products, especially if your skin is sensitive. Stop using a product if it causes irritation.

4. Prices and payment
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
• The extra 15% prepaid discount and other offers apply only as described at the time of purchase and can't be combined unless stated.
• If a price or product detail is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the pin code isn't serviceable, a payment fails, or we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

7. Reviews and content you share
When you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

8. Intellectual property
The dewlab name, logo, website design, text and our own photos belong to us. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their owners. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
